Synergy was built on a piece of advice from a mentor: find people who are better than you, then synergise.
That's still the principle running the company today, and it's why we look for crew members who bring their own thinking, their own pride and their own standards to the work. We're building something for the long haul, including the next generation of tradespeople coming through behind us.
What’s in it for you
Working with Synergy means being part of a small, tight-knit crew where the standard you set is the standard we hold ourselves to. We don't micromanage, we don't cut corners, and we treat everyone on site with the same respect, from the office team through to the apprentices. Synergy is also growing into new territory, including major commercial work and retractable seating installs.
The code we work by.
Whether you’re a labourer, leading hand or supervisor, your standard doesn’t drop when it’s cheaper, quicker, or no one’s watching. The line we hold on the tools is the line we hold with each other — and it’s the same one the client is trusting us with.
Footings, prep, the finish behind the rail — the parts that never make the photo are the parts that decide whether the job lasts. Take the same pride in the work nobody will ever notice as the work they will, and you’ll fit right in.
We work as a crew, not a hierarchy. A fence is only as strong as its weakest post — so you turn up when you said you would, follow through on what you said you’d do, and don’t go quiet when something goes sideways. Everyone carries their link so the next person can carry theirs.
We’re not in this for the fast dollar. Every site, every client, every apprentice — left better than we found it. If you’re here to build a career, learn from people who know their stuff, and be part of something that outlasts the job, you’re our kind of person.
