Licence, insurance, safety paperwork and turning up when the program says. What a good fencing subbie should bring to your site.

In this post:
On a building site, fencing is usually one of the last packages. That's exactly why it matters. If the fencer is late, messy or missing paperwork, it holds up handover, and everyone else's good work gets judged by the last thing the client sees.
Here's what you should expect from a fencing subcontractor before they set foot on your site.
They work to your program. They know when other trades are finishing and plan around them, not the other way round.
They check the set-out. Boundaries, levels and finished ground heights are confirmed before posts go in, not after.
They communicate. If something on site doesn't match the drawings, like services in the way or levels that have changed, you hear about it straight away, with photos.
They leave it clean. Offcuts, spoil and packaging go with them. Your site should look better when they leave, not worse.
They finish properly. Gates hung and adjusted, latches working, and any pool barriers ready for certification.
We work with builders and project managers across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Each crew has a dedicated site supervisor, and we'll send through what you need before we start. If something changes on site, you'll hear about it from us first.
For most building work over the licensing threshold, yes. Always check the licence class covers the job.
