You met one person at the quote. A stranger turned up on install day. Here's why that happens and the questions worth asking.

You liked the person who came out to quote. They listened, measured carefully and answered your questions.
Then install day arrives and a crew you've never met is standing in your driveway. Nobody seems to know about the gate you discussed.
That uneasy feeling came up a lot in the reviews I read.
Some businesses sell the job and hand it straight to whoever is free. Sometimes that's their own team. Sometimes it's a subcontractor they've barely worked with.
The problem isn't who builds it. It's whether the details you agreed on make it from the quote to the crew.
On install day, we always aim to bring back the person you first met at the quote.
Before any work starts, we do the handover together on site: you, the person who quoted, and our installers. We walk the fence line, go over gate positions, colours and anything special about your site, and you get to meet the team who'll be building your fence.
Why do it this way? Because details can slip. Sometimes weeks pass between the quote and the go-ahead, and things you mentioned on the day aren't always captured in the paperwork. Going through it all together means we confirm everything is still the same.
We'd much rather check with you than build something wrong and then pretend we already knew. A few minutes together at the start saves a lot of frustration at the end.
And if you have a question on the day, there's always someone to answer it.
